Searching for a Product
By using the menu on the left-hand side of the page, you can browse the German Corner by product category. You can also search for a specific item by using the "search" box, located in the upper left-hand corner on every page of the store. To learn more information about a product, click on the "More Details" button and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.

Shopping Cart
To place a product in your shopping cart, select the quantity, and then click the "Add to Cart" button on the bottom left side of the product detail page. Use the "Continue" button to continue browsing or click "Check Out" to complete your order. To remove an item, simply click the "Remove” button located on the right of each product in your shipping cart.

Checkout
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. Once you have determined which items you want to purchase, click the "Checkout" button.

Shipping & Billing Information
After you click the "Checkout" button, you will need to provide your billing and shipping address, (be sure to note: your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement). You will then choose a shipping method, and select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Paypal. We do not store credit card data on our servers.  This means you have to enter your credit card information each time to shop.  This protects you, the customer.  No credit card data, nothing to steal for a hacker.  Money Orders are also accepted as long as they are in USA-$ Currency.  Personal or business checks are no longer accepted.  We ship once we receive your payment.  We do accept Paypal ECheck payments, but there is a clearance time of about 5 days.  We ship once Paypal clears the funds.  Regular Paypal payments (not ECheck) ship immediately.

Gift Orders
We send a free gift card with each gift order. Simply state a small message that should go along with the gift card. Naturally there will be no invoice in the package. The packing slip will show the gift items, but no prices.

Sales Tax
The German Corner is located in Oregon, a state without sales tax. Therefore all orders are free of sales tax.

Submitting your Order
Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Continue" button. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your confirmation number. As a courtesy, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped.
