How to cancel your order

To cancel your order, simply contact us through our contact form or call (888) 393-0402 immediately after order placement so that we may assist you.

Received Broken, Defective, or Wrong Items

• Breakage: All UPS shipments are insured, please notify us (541) 850-0304 and UPS (800-PICK-UPS) of any breakage. We will handle the UPS claim and reship the broken item free of charge. UPS requires that you’ll keep the shipment for a week so they can have a driver take a look at it. Please call us for US-Postal damages at (541) 850-0304. Again we will take care of it.
• Defectives: Defective items will be exchanged free of charge. We will cover the return postage and the shipping of the replacement to you. Please call (541) 850-0304 so we can assist you with your exchange.
• Wrong Items: We will correct the problem free of charge, if we send you the wrong item. We will cover the return postage and the shipping of the replacement to you. Please call (541) 850-0305 so we can assist you.
• Incorrect Listed Items:We do our best to describe items correctly, but human errors are possible. Please notify us in case of an error so we can correct the product description.  We gladly take the item(s) back and pay for the return postage.  They must be returned in original sell able condition.  Please call (541) 850-0304 so we can assist you.

How to return your order

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a cash refund or replacement (less shipping). Please contact us through our contact form or call (541) 850-0304 for assistance in processing your return. All returns must have prior authorization from the German Corner.

Important Notes

• All items must be returned in unused (sell able) condition including their original packaging, manuals, etc. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a 15% restocking fee on items that are not returned in in the above mentioned condition.
  
• All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
